◆ The Abnormal Weather and the Foods Crisis

　In recent years, many abnormal weathers, such as large-scale floods, droughts, and cold waves, has come to be reported from every corner of the Earth. We can remember that by the cool summer before several years, Japan had the situation that the supply of food by domestic rice was insufficient, then unavoidably from the foreign countries, Japan imported the rice urgently, which is the staple food. Although great earthquakes are very fearful, it may be the abnormal weather which humankind should fear most. The dinosaur was one of the living things which were breeding most in the Mesozoic era on earth, however a certain time, the dinosaur suddenly was exterminated. As the cause of extinction, the theory of large meteorite fall is very persuasive, and it says that the fall of large meteorite caused abnormal weather, and as the result, the food of dinosaur ran short soon.

　As of 1996, the international market price is soaring by rapid reduction of the grain stock in the world, for this reason, the market persons concerned have the serious sense of impending crisis. Like that the bar of the balance which has so far maintained the balance, begins to incline little by little, and soon the balance collapses quickly, since the weather also keeps delicate balance, if the average temperature of the whole Earth rises slightly, serious catastrophes may be caused suddenly, and this possibility is becoming very high. These days, the reason many researchers are very anxious about global warming is that this problem is not ending with temperature only rising several degrees, in the very near future, the day which influences the humankind's fate suddenly may come on. Whenever the seals of "the Scroll with Seven Seals" were broken one by one, although the scenes of the preview were projected on the screen, very important information is hidden also in them.

Although the Roman Empire was ruined by the great Germanic migration, the opinion "the true cause of the great migration was the food crisis by abnormal weather" is leading.

　Establishment of the cooperation system about the food for global countries is pressing need, and when humankind cannot attain this, as the history of the great racial migration shows, the food crisis will develop into big international disputes, and will cause war. This is not far future, even if such day comes on suddenly, the situation which it is not mysterious at all is being produced.
