Chapter 2 The Admonitions to Evangelists
　　　　　　　　 　　　　　　and the One who Conquers [1]

* him who holds the seven stars -- The great guiding spirit "one like a son of man." The divine spirit who appeared in the text [1-13 ~16].
* your -- The evangelists of the church in Ephesus.
* works -- The works about missions of Christianity.
* abandoned the love you had at first-- This points out that they forget the essence of the true love (the unconditional love), which Jesus Christ taught.

　　Although the word "I" indicates the great guiding spirit "one like a son of man," when man in the world on earth calls the name of divine spirit, in the world of Christianity, man should usually use the name of "God, my Father, the God the Almighty Jehovah, or Jesus Christ." Seemingly, in fact this great guiding spirit "one like a son of man" may be the Almighty God (Jehovah). (Please refer to "One Like a Son of Man" in the clause of "the Great Guiding Spirits" in Chapter 7 of Part 2.)

* from what you have fallen -- This points out that in understanding about the love which Jesus Christ taught, this evangelist has made the mistake in somewhere.
* the works you did at first -- The right teachings about the true love. The unconditional love.
* remove --The meaning of losing the qualification and being excommunicated.
* lampstand-- This symbolizes the qualification as one who inherits Jesus Christ's teachings and evangelizes it. The symbol which inherits the laws of God.
* he who has an ear --This means the one who has an ear in his mind. Namely, a wise man.
* To him who conquers -- The one who attains the spiritual enlightenment, that is the Buddha, or the Savior. Refer to the clause of "The Savior" in Chapter 7 of Part 2.
* life -- Spiritual life.
* the tree of life -- Foods for spiritual growth. The wisdom of God, the teachings of God, the laws of God. Refer to the clause of "The Essence of Life" in Chapter 6 of Part 2.

　Although this is the word sent to many churches of those days, simultaneously this is sent to the whole humankind in future generations, and this divine spirit has told repeatedly that the important suggestions are hidden in the reverse side of the words. Only in Chapter 2 and Chapter 3, the same word is repeated no less than 7 times, and the warnings for the evangelists of Christianity and about the Savior who will be sent to the world on earth, these two points have been told repeatedly in these two chapters. Although besides "the tree of life," the words "the crown, the book, the water, the leaves, and the fruits of life" appear in the Revelation, and all words suggest the essence of life.

* your tribulation and your poverty -- The tribulation and the poverty in corporal, physical, and money meanings.
* but you are rich -- The meaning that the mind is rich, that is, he has "the right faith" to God.
* a synagogue of Satan -- This points out those under the influence and the instruction of evil spirit Satan. (They do not think so and have not also noticed it.)
* about to throw some of you into prison -- Evil spirits can not give directly physical actions to man, therefore man who has the mind controlled by evil spirits performs as the representative of them.
* the crown of life -- A kind of decoration conferred upon the one who was not confused by corporal pain but kept protecting "the kingdom of mind." (Please refer to the clause of "The Essence of Life " in Chapter 6 of Part 2).

* the second death -- "The first death" is the corporal death. After "the first death," although usual man is judged in Hades of the four-dimensional Posthumous Realm, as the result, in the case that his soul falls to Hell, or even judgment is not allowed but his soul falls to Hell directly, this is called "the second death."
* the sharp two-edged sword -- "One like a son of man" has this sword, that is, here, this is used as the word for suggesting him. Refer to the text [1-13~16].

　There is the case where he is "spiritually dead" even if he has "a spiritual life." In the clause of "The Second Resurrection" of "The Essence of Life" in Chapter 6 of Part 2, since I described this reason in detail, please refer to that.

　Although in the wide sense the word "he who conquers" suggests "the one who attains the spiritual enlightenment," in the narrow sense this suggests "the Savior." In the Revelation this mainly indicates the Savior, however it seems that here, this is used in the wide sense. Although various stages are in the spiritual enlightenment, there is the stage which should be called "the first spiritual enlightenment," that is, this stage is that man can believe "the existence of spirit which is "the essence of life" and "the actual existence of God." This is "the first spiritual enlightenment" of those who have the flesh in the world on earth. However, in the present age, I think that this first step may be very difficult.

* Satan's throne -- The base for working of evil spirit Satan in the world on earth. This points out that those who have the mind governed by Satan live with "you."
* my witness -- The one who keeps and spreads the teachings of God. The one who hands down the existence of God from generation to generation.
* a stumbling-block -- What excites desires. The cause of depravity.

　The word "the sons of Israel" suggests the angels (refer to the text [7-4], 144,000 angels) sent with the Savior in the world on earth, in order to prepare for the time of the crisis of humankind's fate (, which is the present age at the end of the 20th century). Those who have the mind governed by evil spirits, try to deprave the Savior and the angels by using the means of various temptation and confusion.

God severely has said repeatedly, "Don't worship idols." It is because that idols itself are mere stones or metals and inflict no damage on man, however the conduct or the custom becomes the cause that some pitfalls are produced in "the posture or the inclination" of mind of those who worship them, and evil spirits will soon steal into man's mind through the pits.

* Repent -- After knowing what were not right in "the will, the wish, and the conduct" in the past, you need to reflect deeply about them, and need to wish the permit and to promise it to God.
* the sword of my mouth -- The sword which discriminates right and wrong, that is, the words of the wisdom of God. Refer to the text [1-16].

　Evil spirits dislike most the words (undulations) of God and the words which suit the laws of God. Therefore, "the sword of my mouth" has suggested the words of God.

* the hidden -- This word suggests what is immanent in the depth of mind. The portion connected to the real world exists in the depth of mind.
* manna -- The supernatural power, that is the spiritual power. Refer to the "The Hidden Manna" in Chapter 7 of Part 2.
* a white stone -- A memory file which was sealed, when man was born to this world.
* a new name -- A name before being born to the world on earth, or a name when being born to the world on earth last time. Refer to the clause of "A White Stone and a New Name which No One Knows" in Chapter 6 of Part 2.

　If man attains the spiritual enlightenment and opens　his spiritual path, the infinite wisdom starts springing from "his fountain of wisdom," and the seal of his memory is broken and he could remember his memory as the original spirit. The memory is experiences when he transmigrated repeatedly in the past and the (new) name which he knows but other everyone do not know, that is, he could know his own true figure and the name of his former existence. This is called "Hanniya's Wisdom" in Buddhism. Not only past memories or experiences, the fountainhead of wisdom is the direct guidance by his Guardian Spirit or Guiding Spirit. When Savior attains the spiritual enlightenment, he could get the guidance of Gods (the great guiding spirits) in all Heaven.

* the Son of God, who -- The great guiding spirit "one like a son of man." Refer to the text [1-13~16].
* works -- The works of missions (about the laws of God). The ability for teaching or guiding people.
* your latter works -- The meaning that as the result of your efforts, you came to have the ability which is more excellent in practice of the laws of God.
* the first -- The first ability in practice of the laws of God.
* I -- The great guiding spirit "one like a son of man."
* the woman Jez'e-bel -- The woman under evil the spirit Satan's rule.
* my servants -- The apostles of God, the evangelists, or those who are going to study the laws of God.

* those who commit adultery with her -- Those influenced by this woman's poison (the thought infringing the laws of God).
* her doings -- The thought, the words and the conducts which confuses and depraves good people.
* her children -- Those who are completely governed by this woman's thought, and work as her subordinate.
* as your works -- Each people's "will, wish, and conduct."

　"This woman" under the evil spirit Satan's rule bends skillfully the laws of God, and teaches it to good people, and is going to confuse and deprave them.

* what some call the deep things -- The skill of Satan for depraving or confusing people.
* any other burden -- Making the mind of the woman Jez'e-bel change in the right direction, or fighting with evil spirit Satan.
* what you have -- The absolute faith to God, the teachings of God, the laws of God, or the kingdom of mind.
* until I come -- Until the time when God is going to give the trial to humankind comes, in order to purify the world on earth.

　　At first, evil spirits mix a slight poison for confusing people into delicious food called truth, and advise people to eat that. And evil spirits deprave them gradually, finally, they govern their mind completely. Every man surely has some weak points, and there are few men who can overcome especially the desire for honor or power. The one who has the power for fighting with evil spirit Satan does not exist in the world on earth, as the exception it will be Savior who is the representative of God, or it may be the archangel like Michael with the mission equivalent to it.

　Here, in order not to cause misapprehension, I want to be careful the following matter to readers. That is, wars or fightings between God and evil spirits cannot exist, it is because that the concept of war or fighting originally does not exist in the world of God, and when considering fighting, it is not already the angel's mind or heart. Although there is the description "... Michael and his angels fighting against the dragon, ...." in the text [12-7], God has dared use such expression that the humankind in the world on earth can understand.

　Fighting with evil spirit Satan and the measure for not being influenced at all from evil spirit Satan are completely different. If man can maintain the state of mind, which suits the teachings (the laws) of God, evil spirits can have no influence to him.

* my works -- The mission as the representative of God. The one who executes this, is the Savior.
* the end -- The corporal death.
* power over the nations -- The meaning that it is the full powers about the creation of the foundation of new civilization in the world on earth, and God will grant such authority to the Savior.
* rule them -- This means that God will give the norm of new civilization to humankind, that is, the Savior will leave the teachings (the laws of God) for orienting the new civilization in the world on earth.
* a rod of iron -- The word which symbolizes overwhelming wisdom, love, and faith which the Savior who is the representative of God has. Refer to the clause of "A Rod of Iron" in Chapter 7 of Part 2.
* power from my Father -- Power and authority as the representative of God, which were granted from "the God the Almighty Jehovah."
* the morning star -- One of the Savior's pronouns. Refer to the clause of "The Savior" "The Morning Star" in Chapter 7 of Part 2.
